Ghost Deck
Ghost Deck allows Spectral cards to appear in shops and starts a run with a Hex card.
How it works
The source lists two deck effects: Spectral cards may appear in the shop, and the run starts with a Hex card. Ghost Deck unlocks by winning a run with Yellow Deck on any difficulty. No other starting or shop effect for this deck is specified in the passage.
