Weapon upgrade path
Sermon-derived upgrade points unlock weapon variations, while the middle upgrade path determines the starting level of a crusade weapon.
How it works
After building a Temple, the article says daily sermons convert follower Faith into unlock points. Spending enough points opens three linear upgrade paths: weapon upgrades on the left, curse and fervor perks on the right, and general weapon-level and HP boosts in the middle. Weapon choice at a crusade start remains random, with variants influenced by purchased upgrades and starting level tied to middle-path upgrades.
