Quake adds a blunt-weapon ground slam
This Phenom tier (15) Body perk requires Wrecking Ball. In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Level 1 reduces Blunt Weapon attack Stamina cost by 15%, Level 2 adds 20% attack speed with Blunt Weapons, and Level 3 unlocks a Q ground slam that damages and staggers nearby enemies with a chance of Knockdown.
