Rip and Tear requires Spontaneous Obliteration and is a Legend (20) Body perk. At Level 1, shooting an enemy with a Shotgun gives the next Quick Melee Attack +100% damage; hitting an enemy with a Quick Melee Attack gives the next Shotgun shot +100 damage.
