Acquisition Specialist is a Pro Intelligence perk with no prerequisite. Level 1 enlarges the Smart Weapon targeting reticle by 10%. Level 2 prevents reloading from interrupting target lock and increases lock-on speed by 15% when hip-firing or 20% when aiming.
