Bolt
In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Bolt is a Phenom Technical Ability perk with no prerequisite. Levels 1 and 2 increase Tech Weapon charge speed by 20% and charged-shot damage by 15%. Level 3 unlocks Bolts: release just before a shot fully charges for a fully charged shot with 30% more damage and a 50% smaller cover-penetration penalty. Full-auto Tech Weapons fire a short Bolt burst; hold the trigger again after that burst to continue firing Bolts.
