Pyromania

In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Pyromania is a Phenom Technical Ability perk requiring Health Freak. Levels 1 and 2 increase Health Item and grenade recharge speed by 8% and grenade and Projectile Launch System explosion radius by 10%. Level 3 grants 5% movement speed and 10% explosion damage for 12 seconds after hitting an enemy with a combat explosion; taking damage from it adds two stacks instead of one. Effects and duration stack up to five times.
