Ticking Time Bomb
In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Ticking Time Bomb is a Legend Technical Ability perk requiring Pyromania and License to Chrome. Activating Berserk, Sandevistan, or Overclock starts a three-second charge, then an EMP stuns and damages nearby enemies based on installed cyberware quantity and tier. Incoming damage is reduced by 50% while charging.
