Enchanted upgrades reinforce weapons from +0 to +5, add Magic Damage, and increase Intelligence scaling more than the Magic path.
How it works
The source says the Enchanted path adds Magic Damage and increases Intelligence stat scaling at a higher rate than the Magic upgrade path. It also says Dexterity and Strength scaling are reduced severely. The stated maximum is +5; the source gives no numerical comparison of scaling rates.
