Enoch increases damage under a low-health condition and increases the rate at which Fury accumulates Havoc for transformation.
How it works
TheGamer says using Enoch to its full potential means staying under a 25 percent HP threshold to gain additional damage. It also increases Havoc accumulation, allowing Fury to transform into Havoc form more frequently. The source says standard attacks replenish Havoc without Enoch as well; it does not give a damage percentage for Enoch.
