Diablo IV · Skill upgrade
Lunging Strike: Healing
This minor upgrade heals the Barbarian for a share of maximum life on the first hit against an enemy.
How it works
Healing appears as one option in Lunging Strike’s second minor-upgrade pair. It heals the player for 2% of Maximum Life the first time the skill hits an enemy. The source does not describe healing from subsequent hits or other triggers for this option.
