Skill points and specialization choice
Rook buys connected skill nodes with skill points and can activate one specialization at a time; the guides also describe refunding individual or all points.
How it works
IGN says a skill must connect to the one being purchased, each orb costs one skill point, and selecting a specialization costs nothing. Only one specialization can be active at a time. IGN and EIP describe refunds; EIP says they can be done for free, individually or across the full tree. It also says prerequisite skills must be refunded from the end of the tree backward.
