Blood Blade is for small and medium swords. Wound yourself to coat the armament in blood, then fire an airborne blood blade that causes hemorrhaging; it can be fired in rapid succession. A Teardrop Scarab northeast of Erdtree-Gazing Hill in Altus Plateau drops it.
