Harvester types and attachments
The source distinguishes combine, forage and specialty harvesters, and describes attachment use and how specialty machines are supplied.
How it works
The source names combine and forage harvesters as the two main types, alongside specialty harvesters used for a single crop type. Each harvester can use its own attachments or attachments from other harvesters. Specialty harvesters come with all equipment standard and pre-attached. These are general equipment distinctions; the passage does not identify which attachment fits an individual model.
