Dream Nail accesses dreams, enables Dream Warrior and enhanced boss encounters, reveals thoughts, and collects Essence, according to the supplied description.
How it works
IGN says the Dream Nail can cross the veil between dreams and waking, reveal hidden dreams, open gateways, and collect Essence. Using it on enemies, NPCs, and some corpses reveals inner or final thoughts. It is acquired in Resting Grounds after inspecting the Dreamers Memorial; access requires the northern City of Tears lift, a Tramway Pass, or Crystal Heart.
