Power Reserve 4 and 5
Power Reserve 4 adds five Carrier power and unlocks Power Reserve 5. Power Reserve 5 adds another five and unlocks the Cruise Missile Silo.
How it works
These are late steps in the Carrier reserve branch. The guide lists Power Reserve 4 at Level 4 and Power Reserve 5 at Level 5. The windows do not describe how the accumulated power affects other Carrier systems; the stated sequence connects the reserves to the silo unlock.
