Himeko • Nova combines a team damage bonus with ally-triggered Assist Skills and a multi-stage Ultimate. Her Territory grants each ally one Assist Skill use, and her attacks can reduce Toughness while ignoring Weakness Type.

Territory and Assist Skills

While Himeko is on the field, her Talent deploys Starblazer Visioscape, summons Starblazer, and grants each ally one Assist Skill use. Using her Skill restores all Assist Skill uses and grants Navigator’s Semaphore for three turns; the status duration decreases at the start of each of her turns. While it is active, all allies deal 10% more DMG, and Himeko regains one Assist Skill use at the start of each of her turns. An ally other than Himeko regains 4 Energy when using an Assist Skill. Assist Skills count as Himeko using her Skill. Her attacks can reduce Toughness while ignoring Weakness Types; breaking Weakness triggers the Fire Weakness Break effect.

Ultimate sequence

During her Ultimate, Starblazer can use Hyperluminal Particle Beam or spend Source Energy on Orbital Annihilation Pulse. Each Beam deals Fire damage to all enemies and grants one Source Energy, up to three; Pulse consumes Source Energy to damage a designated enemy and other targets. When Beam uses are depleted, Starblazer automatically launches Pulse, followed by a Final Hit with three damage instances against random enemies. If an attack defeats all enemies or their HP can no longer be reduced, the Final Hit launches immediately. The Assist Skill variants have distinct triggers: Verdict increases Himeko’s DMG and Ultimate DMG, then triggers a free Assist Skill after teammates actively use two Ultimates. Decimation increases all allies’ CRIT DMG and builds Charge from enemy targets hit until it triggers a free Assist Skill.

Progression and Technique

Her Skill supports the team damage bonus and restores Assist Skill uses; the Ultimate improves Starblazer’s attack sequence. Promotion, Skill, Ultimate, and Talent are separate progression tracks, with ATK, CRIT Rate, and Fire DMG trace boosts also available. Her Technique increases the team’s maximum Technique Points by three. Actively using it consumes two points; if it hits no enemies, it consumes none. When it hits a Normal Enemy, it defeats them without entering combat.

Timing to keep in mind

Navigator’s Semaphore lasts three of Himeko’s turns, with duration decreasing at the start of each of her turns. The Skill restores all Assist Skill uses and grants the status; the Talent’s initial Territory deployment separately gives each ally one Assist Skill use. The Technique’s two-point cost applies when actively used, while missing all enemies costs no Technique Points.

Limitations and tradeoffs

Her ally support depends on allies using Assist Skills.
Her Ultimate follows a multi-step beam, Source Energy, Pulse, and Final Hit sequence.

Common mistakes to avoid

Treating Semaphore’s three turns as independent of Himeko’s turn timing.
Assuming the Skill itself grants one Assist Skill use to every ally; that grant comes from Territory deployment.
Treating the Ultimate’s Beam, Pulse, and Final Hit as separate player activations.
