Understand Sagacity
Useful when…
- An Erudition wearer who uses Ultimate regularly and benefits from ATK.
- A build that can take advantage of a two-turn buff window after Ultimate.
What does Sagacity grant?
After the wearer uses their Ultimate, ATK increases by 24% at S1 or 48% at S5 for two turns. The Ultimate is the trigger, and the stated effect is an ATK increase; it does not specifically increase Ultimate damage or another attack type.
Practical use and comparisons
Consider it when the wearer can use Ultimate often enough to benefit from the two-turn ATK window. A Dream Scented in Wheat gives CRIT Rate and specifically increases Ultimate and Follow-Up ATK damage. After the Charmony Fall provides Break Effect and raises SPD for two turns after Ultimate. A Star That Lights the Night has an Assist Skill trigger for Energy and stacking damage effects, so its listed condition is more specialized. These options differ in which stats and attack types they support.
Improvement priorities
Promotion advances the Light Cone through six stages; the supplied examples show Credit and Erudition or Thief materials at selected steps. Superimposition raises the ATK bonus from 24% to 48%, while the two-turn duration remains fixed. Raise superimposition when the wearer can activate and use the buff regularly; consider promotion for base stats as needed.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The ATK buff requires Ultimate use.
- The effect does not target a specific damage type.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the buff increases only Ultimate damage.
- Expecting the ATK increase before the wearer uses Ultimate.
