How it works
Ice Storm freezes enemies and can be followed by a flurry of sword strikes. Shower of Ice is an upgrade that instead freezes all enemies in an area in front of Talion. The listed condition scales the area of effect with hitstreak: a higher hitstreak produces a larger area. The sources give no numeric radius or duration.
