Blaze Javelin
The Blaze Javelin is described as an energy beam weapon recharged with Carbon. Mass Accelerator is named as its upgrade, though its effect is not given.
How it works
The technology entry identifies the Blaze Javelin as an energy beam weapon and says it recharges with Carbon. It lists Mass Accelerator as an upgrade without describing what the upgrade changes, and supplies no comparative performance figures.
When it helps
If you want the source-described beam weapon and can recharge it with Carbon, investigate this option. Compare its current in-game details with the projectile weapons before allocating slots.
The tradeoff
The source provides the weapon type and recharge material but no effect for its named upgrade or comparative performance.
