Pyromantic Pact replaces Maximum Mana with Maximum Infernal Flame. Skills gain Infernal Flame instead of spending Mana; at maximum, it deals Fire Damage equal to maximum Life and Energy Shield, then all Infernal Flame is lost. If none was gained in the past 2 seconds, 25% is lost per second.
