Effect and trigger
A Mercy causes a Health Orb to drop every time. The effect is tied to Mercy actions, so it does not provide this benefit when you are not performing them.

Other Mercy effects
Blood For Energy has a 50% chance to drop an Energy Orb on Mercy. Malicious Code instead has a 50% chance on Mercy kill to make enemies within 15 m cower for 8 seconds. Those effects address energy and crowd control, while Blood For Life supplies a Health Orb reliably.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Its guaranteed Orb still depends on completing a Mercy action.
