At maximum rank, the mod grants +20% Sprint Speed and reduces Shield Capacity by 20%. At rank 0, both effects are 5% in their respective directions; rank 2 gives 15% to each. This is a Conclave Warframe mod for a standard slot.
How should I weigh ranking it?
It reaches rank 3. The listed fusion steps cost 30, 60, then 120 Endo, with credits increasing from 1,449 to 2,898 and 5,796. Higher ranks increase sprint speed and the shield penalty together, so stop at a rank whose movement gain justifies the reduced capacity for your setup.
What should I compare it with?
Amar's Anguish offers +15% Sprint Speed alongside +15% Parkour Velocity and uses an Exilus slot, while Armored Agility adds +15% Sprint Speed and +40% Armor in a standard slot. These have different slot types and effects; neither is a direct equivalent. Augur Accord instead increases Shield Capacity, so it points in the opposite direction on shields.
