Effect and compatibility
Flawed North Wind grants +15% Cold at rank 0, +45% at rank 2, and +60% at rank 3. It is a Flawed melee mod with Vazarin polarity and base drain 6, and is listed as incompatible with North Wind. The Cold bonus is not a calculation of final weapon damage.
Ranks and fusion costs
The rank track runs from 0 to 3. Fusion costs are 20 Endo and 966 Credits from rank 0 to 1, 40 Endo and 1,932 Credits from rank 1 to 2, and 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits from rank 2 to 3.
Comparing mod effects
