Effect and application
Organ Shatter increases melee critical damage, from 15% at rank 0 to 60% at rank 3 and 90% at rank 5. The bonus is to critical damage, not a flat damage increase to every hit. This standard variant is incompatible with both Flawed Organ Shatter and Amalgam Organ Shatter.
Slot and fusion investment
It is a standard-slot melee mod with Madurai polarity, base drain 4, and maximum rank 5. Its final listed rank step costs 160 Endo and 7,728 Credits to move from rank 4 to 5. The bonus rises with rank, so choose an investment level that fits your available resources and mod capacity.
Compare alternatives
Amalgam Organ Shatter offers 85% critical damage and 60% Heavy Attack Wind Up Speed, while Flawed Organ Shatter tops out at 60% critical damage. Both are incompatible with this mod. Auger Strike offers Puncture damage instead of critical damage, so it addresses a different part of a melee setup.
Limitations and tradeoffs
