Understand Primed Continuity
Useful when…
- Extending the duration of abilities in a build that values longer-lasting effects.
- Using a higher-duration option when the regular Continuity’s +30% is insufficient.
What it does
This standard Warframe mod increases Ability Duration: +5% at rank 0, +30% at rank 5, and +55% at rank 10.
Slot and compatibility
It uses a standard Warframe mod slot and has Madurai polarity, with a base drain of 4. It cannot be equipped alongside Continuity, Archon Continuity, or Flawed Continuity, so treat it as a choice among those variants rather than an additional duration bonus to stack with them.
How far to rank it
The mod can be fused from rank 0 to 10. Rank 5 provides +30% duration, while the final rank raises that to +55%; ranks 9 to 10 cost 20,480 Endo and 989,184 Credits. Rank it further when the added duration is worth that investment for your build. The regular Continuity reaches +30% at rank 5 and has base drain 2, while Archon Continuity also reaches +55% but has base drain 6 and an additional conditional effect: abilities that inflict a Toxin status effect also apply Corrosive. These alternatives are not automatically better or interchangeable for every build.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Reaching maximum rank requires substantial Endo and Credits; rank 5 already gives +30% duration.
- The mod takes a standard Warframe slot, and its listed incompatible variants cannot be equipped with it.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Planning to equip Primed Continuity together with Continuity, Archon Continuity, or Flawed Continuity; the mod explicitly excludes those variants.
- Assuming rank 10 is required before the mod is useful; rank 5 already supplies +30% Ability Duration.
