Effect and compatibility
The Electricity bonus is +15% at rank 0, +60% at rank 3, and +90% at rank 5. Stormbringer is a standard Rifle mod with Naramon polarity and 6 base drain. It is explicitly incompatible with Flawed Stormbringer.
Rank and capacity tradeoff
The supplied rank 4 to 5 example costs 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits, increasing the bonus to +90%. Flawed Stormbringer has 4 base drain and tops out at +40%, while standard Stormbringer offers the larger listed bonus at 6 base drain.
