Effect and fit
Swift Mercy grants 50% increased Mercy Kill speed. It is a standard Parazon mod with universal polarity, zero base drain, and maximum rank 0. There is no rank progression to invest in.
Other Mercy-triggered effects
Hard Reset reduces Companion Recovery by 15 seconds after a Mercy Kill. Hit And Run grants 60% Parkour Speed for 15 seconds after a Mercy, while Blood For Ammo refills Primary and Secondary magazines by 100% after a Mercy Kill. These have distinct effects; consider them according to which benefit you want from Mercy actions.
