Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr · Psalm-Code Doctrine
Single-Target Kill Cooldown Doctrine
This three-code Doctrine reduces the remaining cooldown on Single Target Skills by 50% when a kill occurs.
How it works
The recipe consists of Galvanic Psalm, Iron Psalm, and Terminus Psalm. Its listed effect is “-50% from the remaining cooldown on Single Target Skill kill.” The source says individual Psalm-Code bonuses remain active alongside the Doctrine effect. It does not provide additional detail on which skills qualify as Single Target or how the cooldown reduction is applied.
