Wasteland 2: Director's Cut · Progression bonus
Skill books
Skill books reportedly grant one permanent level in an associated skill, contributing a level without spending skill points on that level.
How it works
A Steam Community participant says skill books add one permanent skill level. The discussion does not identify specific books, locations, or availability. It describes books as one possible source of skill-level bonuses that can combine with trinkets, dialogue perks, and some weapons when considering skill-point investment.
