Teleportation Rune
Teleportation Rune lets the player use teleportation monoliths and enables access to several listed biomes from earlier routes.
How it works
This permanent rune grants use of teleportation monoliths. The passage lists routes to the Dilapidated Arboretum from Prisoners' Quarters, and to Ossuary and Morass of the Banished from the Promenade of the Condemned. It is found in a Toxic Sewers room with an elite enemy and drops after defeating the Slasher. Collected runes unlock immediately rather than requiring cells.
