Recycling Tubes replaces starting equipment with a room containing four starting sets, each with a melee weapon, ranged weapon, shield, and two skills. Its blueprint drops from the Hand of the King on Hard mode (1 BSC). If a Random Starting X upgrade is missing, the basic weapon is still provided.
