How it works
The card is a Strength perk with a listed requirement of level 2 and Strength. Its effect applies to one-handed melee weapons. The passage lists three rank values: +10%, +15%, and +20% damage. The general perk-card description says active cards must fit the points allocated to their SPECIAL stat and the card's equip cost, but this passage does not give Gladiator's point cost.
