Fallout: New Vegas · Level perk
Pack Rat
Pack Rat halves the weight of items weighing two pounds or less; it is listed at level 8 and requires Intelligence 5 and Barter 70.
How it works
Pack Rat is listed at level 8 and requires Intelligence 5 and Barter 70. Its stated effect is that items with a weight of two pounds or less weigh half as much. The passage gives an item-weight threshold and reduction but does not enumerate qualifying items or state an overall carrying limit.
