What does her skill provide?
Cleaning Mode: Carrier Frequency deals one instance of nearby AoE Electro damage, activates Optical Flow Shield Barrier, and summons Birgitta. The shield’s absorption scales from Ineffa’s ATK and absorbs Electro damage with 250% effectiveness. At level one, its listed formula is 221.184% of ATK plus 1,386.6759, and its duration is 20 seconds. Birgitta’s listed duration is also 20 seconds; the skill cooldown is 16 seconds.
How should you use the burst and companion?
Supreme Instruction: Cyclonic Exterminator sends Birgitta into the fray for AoE Electro damage. If Birgitta is already on the field from Ineffa’s summon, the burst resummons her at the target location and resets her duration. The burst has a 15-second cooldown and costs 60 Energy. After using it, Parameter Permutation increases Ineffa’s and the active party member’s Elemental Mastery by 6% of Ineffa’s ATK for 20 seconds.
When does her Lunar-Charged support matter?
