Staff of Homa

Staff of Homa pairs CRIT DMG with increased Max HP and converts some of the wielder’s HP into ATK. Consider it for a polearm damage dealer who can use both its CRIT stat and HP-based bonus; the extra ATK grows when the wielder falls below half HP.
