Covenant of Frost and Snow

Covenant of Frost and Snow is a 4-star bow with 42.401 base ATK and DEF as its secondary stat. Its passive grants the wielder 120 Elemental Mastery for 12 seconds after they use an Elemental Skill at R1, rising to 240 at R5. Consider it when the wielder can use Skills regularly and benefits from Elemental Mastery; its passive does not increase damage directly for every build, and the DEF secondary stat may not support an ATK-focused damage setup.
