Devotion constellations and Celestial abilities
Constellation stars grant permanent passive bonuses or abilities, while red-aura Celestial abilities can be bound to active skills to proc when cast.
How it works
The compendium says each constellation star costs a Devotion point and gives a permanent passive bonus or new ability. Red-aura Celestial abilities can be bound to an existing active skill, with a chance to proc when that skill is cast. Constellations other than Crossroads have affinity requirements. Completing a constellation grants affinity points that can unlock further tiers; Devotion points come from cleansing campaign shrines, up to the stated cap for the applicable game version.
