Understand Only Silence Remains
Useful when…
- A Hunt wearer who benefits from ATK and conditional CRIT Rate.
- Encounters where the field often has two or fewer enemies.
When is its CRIT Rate active?
At S1, the wearer gains 16% ATK. If there are two or fewer enemies on the field, they also gain 12% CRIT Rate; S5 raises these values to 32% ATK and 24% CRIT Rate. The condition counts enemies on the field, not just the target being attacked.
How should I compare it?
Adversarial grants SPD after the wearer defeats an enemy, while Arrows grants CRIT Rate at the start of battle for three turns. These have different timing: Adversarial needs a defeat, and Arrows' listed CRIT bonus is temporary. Baptism of Pure Thought instead builds additional CRIT DMG against debuffed targets and gains further effects after the wearer uses an Ultimate to attack. Treat these as alternatives to evaluate by their actual conditions, not as automatic upgrades or replacements.
What is worth improving?
Promotion advances the Light Cone through six stages. Superimposition raises its ATK and conditional CRIT Rate from S1 to S5, using a copy of the Light Cone for each example step. If the field often has more than two enemies, superimposition improves only the ATK portion until the enemy-count condition is met.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The CRIT Rate bonus turns off when more than two enemies are on the field.
- Its listed effect does not provide a damage bonus against a specific debuffed target.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Checking only the number of enemies the wearer is targeting instead of the number on the field.
- Assuming the CRIT Rate bonus lasts only for the opening turns; the listed condition is enemy count.
