Understand Rise and Sing
Useful when…
- Teams that can use the wearer’s early action and temporary SPD increase.
- Teams that benefit from recovering a Skill Point when the wearer uses Ultimate.
What happens at combat start?
The wearer gains an action advance and New Melody for two turns. While New Melody is active, all allies gain SPD. The Light Cone also increases the wearer’s Max HP. Each value improves with superimposition.
How does it help the team?
After the wearer uses Ultimate, it recovers one Skill Point for allies. This is a direct resource return, separate from the combat-start action advance and two-turn team SPD increase. Its support is most relevant when the party can use the extra Skill Point and benefits from moving faster during the opening window.
How should it be invested in?
Promotion increases the Light Cone’s level. Superimposition raises Max HP, action advance, and team SPD, but the listed Skill Point recovery remains one point. Copies are therefore an investment in the scaling numeric effects, not a way to increase the stated amount of Skill Point recovery.
What do the other Remembrance options emphasize?
Fly Into a Pink Tomorrow grants CRIT DMG and has additional team and enhanced Basic ATK effects specifically when equipped by Trailblazer (Remembrance). Geniuses’ Greetings boosts ATK and wearer/memosprite Basic ATK damage after Ultimate. Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky adds SPD but consumes allies’ HP when the wearer acts and builds an additional memosprite damage instance. Their conditions and costs differ from Rise and Sing’s team SPD and Skill Point return.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- New Melody lasts two turns; the SPD benefit is temporary.
- Skill Point recovery requires the wearer to use Ultimate.
- The listed Skill Point recovery does not increase with superimposition.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the two-turn SPD increase is permanent.
- Expecting superimposition to increase the one Skill Point recovered.
