Understand Subscribe for More!
Useful when…
- A Hunt damage dealer whose Basic Attacks and Skills are important.
- A wearer who can maintain full Energy for the additional damage bonus.
How does the damage bonus work?
At S1, Basic Attack and Skill damage increases by 24%. The bonus gains another 24% when the wearer’s current Energy reaches its maximum, for a total listed increase of 48% to those attack types while the condition holds. At S5, the two values are 48% each, making the conditional total 96%. The description does not extend the bonus to Ultimate or Follow-Up Attack damage.
Who can use the full-Energy effect?
It fits a wearer whose attacks rely on Basic Attacks and Skills and who can spend time at maximum Energy. The additional bonus is conditional: after Energy falls below its maximum, only the base bonus remains until the full-Energy condition is restored. Consider how the wearer’s Energy use interacts with the desired uptime rather than treating the larger total as permanent.
How should it be improved?
Promotion advances the Light Cone through stage 6. Superimposition raises both the base bonus and the extra full-Energy bonus; every step uses one S1 sacrifice copy of Subscribe for More! Because it improves only Basic Attack and Skill damage, higher superimposition is most relevant when those attacks are actually important to the wearer’s damage.
What other Hunt effects are listed?
Arrows grants CRIT Rate at battle start for three turns, while Adversarial grants SPD for two turns after the wearer defeats an enemy. Baptism of Pure Thought grants CRIT DMG, scales additional CRIT DMG with debuffs on the target, and gains an effect after the wearer’s Ultimate that increases damage and lets Follow-Up Attacks ignore some DEF. These are distinct conditions and attack coverage; they do not replicate Subscribe for More!’s full-Energy bonus to Basic Attacks and Skills.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The extra damage requires the wearer’s Energy to be full.
- The listed bonus covers Basic Attacks and Skills, not every damage source.
- Superimposition consumes duplicate copies.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating the full-Energy bonus as permanent.
- Applying the bonus to Ultimate or Follow-Up Attack damage.
- Ignoring how often the wearer is below maximum Energy.
