Understand Victory In a Blink
Useful when…
- A Remembrance wearer whose memosprite uses abilities on ally targets.
- A party that can benefit from the damage increase to all allies after that trigger.
Effect and trigger
At S1, the wearer gains 12% CRIT DMG. When the wearer's memosprite uses an ability on an ally target, all ally targets gain 8% increased DMG dealt for 3 turns. At S5, the bonuses become 24% CRIT DMG and 16% ally DMG. The team bonus is tied to the memosprite's ability targeting an ally; the Light Cone does not state that any memosprite action triggers it.
Fit and alternatives
Fly Into a Pink Tomorrow also grants CRIT DMG, but its additional team DMG increase is specifically tied to equipping Trailblazer (Remembrance), alongside a bonus to that character's named Enhanced Basic ATK. Geniuses' Greetings instead increases ATK and boosts the wearer and memosprite's Basic ATK DMG after the wearer uses Ultimate. These effects reward different wearer actions and damage patterns; the candidates are not interchangeable just because they share the Remembrance path.
Improvement priorities
Promotion advances the Light Cone through stages 0–6. Superimposition advances S1–S5 using one sacrifice copy for each listed rank increase, improving both the CRIT DMG and triggered team DMG values. Promotion is the direct investment in the equipped copy; weigh superimposition against keeping duplicate copies available.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The team damage bonus requires the memosprite to use an ability on an ally target.
- The Light Cone's additional team damage is time-limited to 3 turns.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the ally damage bonus triggers from every memosprite ability, including abilities used on enemies.
- Treating the Trailblazer-specific team bonus on Fly Into a Pink Tomorrow as a general effect for every Remembrance wearer.
