Understand Rappa
Useful when…
- Attacking groups with a three-part enhanced Basic Attack
- Reducing Toughness on enemies without Imaginary Weakness
- Using stored Charge for a stronger third-hit Break attack
How does Sealform work?
Nindō Supreme: Aishiteru gives Rappa an immediate extra turn, three Chroma Ink, 50% Weakness Break Efficiency, and 10% Break Effect at the listed level. During Sealform she cannot use Skill or Ultimate, and each Enhanced Basic Attack consumes one Chroma Ink; when it is depleted, Sealform ends. Her enhanced attack’s first two hits damage a selected target and adjacent enemies, and the third hits all enemies. The enhanced attack cannot recover Skill Points. Against enemies without Imaginary Weakness, it still reduces Toughness at half its original amount. Breaking Weakness triggers the Imaginary Weakness Break effect.
How does Charge strengthen the third hit?
Each time an enemy is Weakness Broken, Rappa gains one Charge, up to ten. On the next third hit of Demonbane Petalblade, she consumes all Charge to deal additional Break DMG to all enemies and reduce Toughness regardless of Weakness Type. Each Charge point increases the extra Break DMG multiplier and the Toughness reduction that ignores Weakness Type. Her Technique lets her move rapidly, block enemy attacks during that movement, and enter combat with Toughness reduction regardless of Weakness Type, Break DMG to targets and adjacent enemies, and Energy restoration.
What deserves investment?
The Talent is central to Charge and its enhanced third-hit Break effect. The Ultimate enables Sealform and its Break bonuses; the Enhanced Basic Attack is the actual attack used during that state. Her listed bonus traces include Break Effect and SPD, alongside ATK. The ordinary Skill damages all enemies but is not available during Sealform. Higher trace levels require increasing materials, so focus first on the Talent and Ultimate for the Break-state pattern, then the attack trace if you want to develop its listed ATK damage.
What limits the attack sequence?
Sealform lasts for three Enhanced Basic Attacks at the listed starting ink count; using them spends all ink and ends the state. Those enhanced attacks cannot restore Skill Points, and Skill and Ultimate are unavailable during the state. The extra Talent damage occurs specifically on the third hit and consumes stored Charge; the follow-up does not imply that Charge is regenerated by the same attack. The supplied alternate entries contain incomplete hit descriptions, so the mechanics here use the explicit Enhanced Basic Attack and Talent descriptions.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Sealform restricts her to Enhanced Basic Attacks and does not restore Skill Points.
- The enhanced state ends when Chroma Ink is spent.
- The Talent’s extra Break effect uses stored Charge on the next third hit.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting to use Skill or Ultimate during Sealform.
- Assuming Enhanced Basic Attacks restore Skill Points.
- Using the third hit without accounting for its consumption of stored Charge.
