Understand Arcadia of Woven Dreams
Useful when…
- Use it when the number of ally targets on the field reliably differs from four and the wearer or memosprite deals meaningful damage.
- Consider how the number of additional or missing allies affects the bonus before investing in the set.
How does the ally-count effect work?
With two pieces equipped, the wearer and their memosprite gain damage for each ally target above or below four. Each additional ally gives 9% damage, stacking up to four times; each missing ally gives 12%, stacking up to three times. At exactly four ally targets, the stated count-based effect has no additional or missing target to count.
When does it fit?
It is relevant when the field's ally count is consistently different from four. Missing allies provide a larger increase per count than additional allies, but each direction has its own stack cap. Evaluate the actual count during the situation where the wearer and memosprite need the damage bonus.
How do its alternatives differ?
Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves rewards Follow-Up ATKs as allies use them, while Cosmic Life Sciences Institute scales damage from the wearer's Max Energy at combat entry when that value is at least 200. Sigonia gains CRIT DMG from enemy defeats. None uses Arcadia's ally-count condition, so compare the trigger that your setup can actually meet.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The damage bonus depends on ally count differing from four.
- Additional and missing ally counts have different per-stack values and separate stack caps.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the effect stacks in the same way for additional and missing allies; the values and caps differ.
- Counting on a damage increase at exactly four ally targets, when there are no additional or missing targets to trigger the effect.
