Thunder★★★★★Gilgamesh deals Lightning damage to single targets and groups. His mechanics reward ally actions and Ultimate use; with Saber, attacks also build toward a joint follow-up. These abilities describe his damage pattern, but do not establish comparative performance.
Destruction★★★★★I Am As You Behold increases the wearer’s ATK and Energy Regeneration Rate, adds Ultimate damage based on Energy consumed, and grants all allies CRIT DMG for three turns when combat begins or the wearer uses Ultimate. Consider it for an Ultimate-using Destruction wearer whose Energy cost can make use of its scaling.
