How it works
The Skills table names Chaos Sight and describes its function as sensing Chaos Rifts and Portals. The page's general introduction says Skills are non-combat talents and can be upgraded to a maximum level of 10; it also describes skill-point, book, trainer, and temporary-item improvements in general. It does not explain how Chaos Sight changes by level or give conditions for sensing a Rift or Portal.
