Learner Knowledge
Learner Knowledge increases Workshop experience from Assembly Station work and offers a small chance of double experience at its second point.
How it works
The passage says two Knowledge Points can be invested. The first grants 10% more experience when assembling items on the Assembly Station; the second grants a small chance to earn double experience when using that station. The source does not quantify the chance or define the timing or frequency of a double-experience result.
