Notable passives
Notables grant notable improvements and can unlock access to a Mastery in their cluster when allocated through the normal tree route.
How it works
The source says notable passives grant notable improvements. Allocating a cluster’s Notable by travelling through the skill tree normally permits allocation of a Mastery passive in that cluster. Some notables can only be acquired from cluster jewels or anointing, and a few are available only by anointing. The passage does not identify the effects of individual notables.
