How it works
Pressing Crouch while in the air causes a ground stomp that deals 25 damage to all nearby enemies. The source says damage can increase up to 200% based on distance travelled. Its unlock clue is in the first Aqua Station safe area: use fire from a gun or ability on the ice block to melt it and get the cape from Alfred Beauregard.
