Ground Counter
Ground Counter lets you parry an enemy's follow-up attack while you are on the floor, then reverse the situation by bringing the attacker down. IGN presents it as a response to being tripped or knocked down, where enemies capable of doing so will follow up with an attack.
How it works
Its use depends on being knocked down and timing a parry against the follow-up. The result can turn a vulnerable moment into an opening against the enemy; the evidence does not state the XP cost.

Useful if you want a specific response to enemy attacks while grounded.
